The researcher adopted questionnaire method to collect the data, and have received 263 questionnaires in reply form 352 sending out questionnaires; the participants were educare givers in New Taipei City area. The questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS for Windows 20 and in statistical methods of factor analysis, Cronbach's Alpha analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, 1-Way MANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise regression, respectively. The research indicates that: A. Educare givers perceive their role definition in medium-high level, and the level of the role perception is higher than the level of the role exception; The research indicates that educare perceive their job satisfaction in medium level. And the level of the organizational climate is the highest one. The level of the saraly is the lowest. B. There were significant role exception differences between different seniority. And the different departments cause significant difference of the role definition and role perception. C. The job satisfaction and overall feeling are both significant different between whether the educare giver has teacher certificate. The satisfaction of salary is significant different between different regions. And satisfaction of salary, organizational climate and working feeling are significant different between different departments. D. The research indicates that the role definition is highly relate to work satisfaction. And the role definition can pre-judge about 32.2% variables in the work satisfaction. E. The proposed suggestions include that setting up the reasonable assignment institution and establishing assignment clearly, to enhance the role definition and job satisfaction of educare givers.
