Therefore, the medicinal and edible herbs in traditional Chinese medicinial knowledge had created to the supplementary medicinial cuisines. Therefore, the combination of Chinese herbal medicine and food material, including increasing nutritional value, more health, and strength, was also a major feature of Chinese cuisines. In the traditional concept of Chinese society, the confinement dietary emphasize the efficacy of Chinese medicine, the oily of a meal, and the extra health foods or postpartum nutritional supplements. By developing the creative design for innovative medicinial cuisines for confinement dietary, women can only eat three to five meals per one day, and they can achieve the nutritional nourishment needed to make up for the woman during confinement, without supplying the extra healthy foods. Therefore, this study used Chinese and western cuisine cookery technology, established standard diet cards, survey the acceptability of cuisine, and transformed traditional diets into the colorful, aromatic, tasty, and creative cuisine. The novel herbal soup pack, researched and produced by Pao-Can Biomedical Co., Ltd., general commercial food materials, and the extra nutrition material, including whole grains and nut seeds were as the material for cooking the foraging and vegetarian of medicinial cuisines of confinement dietary. The completed recipes and questionnaires will be investigated the eating habits and attitudes of adult females on medicinial cuisines for confinement dietary. This study is expected to pass the development of the recipe and the results of the questionnaire, in addition to understanding the current women's acceptance of the medicinial cuisines for confinement dietary, the future can be used as a reference for the development of the commercial product.
