There are 39 acquired disabilities as the purposive sampling by the method of equivalent pretest-posttest in quasi-experimental design, and to divide 13 members randomly into 3 groups to proceed 10 weeks of gratitude learning program in gratitude in practice group, the well-being memories group and the general gratitude group. Gratitude questionnaire, psychological well-being scale and Subjective well-being scale are the tools to collect the information for pretest-posttest questionnaire. As the result: 1. The positive result of pretest-posttest can be found in gratitude questionnaire, psychological well-being scale and subjective well-being scale from the gratitude in practice group and the well-being memories group, the marks of posttest is also higher than pretest, and the result doesn’t reach to the level in the general gratitude group. 2. To analyze the differences between pretest-posttest, the gratitude in practice group gets higher grades than the well-being memories group and the general gratitude group, and the evaluation in the well-being memories group is higher than the general gratitude group. 3. in comparison, to analyze and to the differences of pretest-posttest between three groups, the evaluation of the gratitude in practice group is obviously higher than the well-being memories group, and the well-being memories group performs better evaluation than the general gratitude group. Finally, the suggestions according to the research result can be discussed and proposed in order to progress the gratitude learning programs and the reference of future study.
