Humans have devoted their material and spiritual products to the survival and development of every business. The satisfaction and cohesion of the workers, without having to debate, has a significant impact on the business performance of the business. Less satisfaction is less dedication, less creativity, less work efficiency. This research focuses on explore the employee satisfaction towards working environment at Hoan Kiem Branch of BIDV – one of the top four largest banks in Vietnam recently. The research results have shown that four elements of working environments have significant impacts on satisfaction of employees. Among four factors, “Performance feedback” is the most influent element and “Physical working condition” poses the less effect on the general satisfaction on working environment. However, in general, employees at Hoan Kiem Branch is not high satisfied, in term of working environment.
