碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 企業管理系經營管理碩士班 === 106 === The purpose of this research is to identify the relationship between variables in JDI model and the overall job satisfaction. The result of the survey research is made at BIDV Haiduong with 179 employees. Research methodology is quantitative research methods with multivariate statistical techniques such as Cronbach’s Alpha, explore factor analysis (EFA), correlation analysis and linear regression. The result showed that there are three of the six factors of JDI model affect job satisfaction include: (1) Pay and monetary benefits, (2) promotion, (3) working condition. The research also provides some recommendations for managers in order to raise the level of satisfaction to the work of the employees. Finally, the research also points out the limitations and contribution.
