The result of the survey research is made at BIDV Haiduong with 179 employees. Research methodology is quantitative research methods with multivariate statistical techniques such as Cronbach’s Alpha, explore factor analysis (EFA), correlation analysis and linear regression. The result showed that there are three of the six factors of JDI model affect job satisfaction include: (1) Pay and monetary benefits, (2) promotion, (3) working condition. The research also provides some recommendations for managers in order to raise the level of satisfaction to the work of the employees.
