Via the literatures/papers review and domestic legislation to understand the development of the WDR supply chain in current state-of-the-art. A qualitative research departing from face-to-face interview with the chief of the case company and its cooperators within the supply chain to collect the information, also use the supply chain model to analyze the case. The major scope of the research include: (1) Understand the domestic WDR industry in Taiwan, (2) Case studies to analyze the supply chain model, and (3) Base on the case study, propose a competitive supply chain management strategies so that the case company have a completely competitive advantage in Taiwan. By using SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference Model) analysis on its innovative supply chain model and construct a supply chain thread, explore the value chain, and combine with the results of the interview to discuss the measurement factors that should be possessed by the “innovative green SCOR model”, then using the As-Is/To-Be analyze the status of the current supply chain and its vision of the future. The improvement approach optimizes the robustness, reliability, and supply chain management costs of the original supply chain measurement factors. According to the interview, the standardized operation process improves the overall operation efficiency, product quality, reverse logistics, and greatly enhance the image of the WDR supply chain.
