Summary:碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 企業管理系經營管理碩士班 === 106 === This study aims to explore the parent’s satisfaction regarding contents of after-school care, including curriculum teaching(CD), environmental equipment(EQ), parent-student-teacher relationship(RE), the students-behavior perfomance after taking part in after-school care (BP), and administrative services(AS). Moreover, to explore the different background parents’ satisfaction about the after-school care. Questionnaire method of surveying was used in the study. The subjects of the survey included parents whose kids have participated in after-school care service in Laiyi Township in Pingtung County. In this study, there were 31 pre-test questionnaires. A total of 203 formal questionnaires were issued, 185 questionnaires were returned, 182 questionnaires were valid, and the effective questionnaire rate was 90.54%. All the data were analyzed by IBMSPSS data processing statistical analysis methods such as description statistics, one-way ANOVA analysis, LSD and Seheffe’s Post-Hoc comparison and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The study conclused: 1. The degree of satisfication in terms of CT, EQ, RE, BP and AS is no significant differences. 2. Among parents' background variables, some of them showed significant differences. Parents’ education below the level of junior high school and university level was significantly different from that of RE and " total household monthly income" below NTD30,000 showed significant differences in CT, EQ, RE, BP and AS. The study of suggestions for the present after-school child care service: 1. The government should continue to promote after-school care services to enhance parental confidence and establish a positive support system for schools. 2. The government should design a richer after-school care service content for students to learn more. 3. The government establish exclusive communication counterparts to improve the efficiency of administrative services. 4. The government should be reduced the number of students in after–scchool care classes in order to improve service quality. 5. The government and elementary school should try to encourage active participation of teachers join the after-school care service system. So as to ensure service quality and give parents more confidence, maybe they will be willing to have more children.
