In this study, by discussing the relative literature theory, using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method to design the questionnaire. Employment service station business-related personnel are distributed to the questionnaire and analyzed according to the contents of the questionnaire. It is expected to screen out the evaluation of the important indicators of employment performance of service attendants and the weight of each indicator to provide reference to the public service agencies. This research established the structure and weight of performance appraisal indicator of employment service attendant by using the AHP analysis, and using Expert Choice and Excel to caculate each index. The analysis found that the most important indicator of the second level hierarchy indicators is work attitude, the second is work quality and last one is work behavior. Work attitude accounted for almost half the value of the overall weight, it means that the work attitude in the employment service performance evaluation is very important. In particular, stressing the counseling-oriented employment service stations, whether the attendant provide good service attitude is the key factor to manager in valuing performance evaluation.
