It was not heard, but it was not taken seriously. In the long run, it not only affects interpersonal relationships, but also affects the quality of care. It has a professional negative image, which in turn leads to occupational fatigue and impact. The aim of the study was to explore workplace bullying, burnout and willingness in hospital care workers in the eastern region. In this study, a cross-sectional study design was conducted. From February 12 to April 30, 2018, a questionnaire survey was conducted on hospital nurses in the eastern region. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 208 were recovered, with a recovery rate of 83.2%.Research tool adoption NAQ- R(Negative Acts Questionnaire Revised)and CBI (Copenhagen Burnout Inventory) and willingness tool. The results of the study found that: (1) Most of the nursing staff in the eastern region were women, with an average age of 38.14 years and a working age of 12.99 years.(2)Although bullying is less than 10%,79.7% (n=64)of bullying time is 1-3 month, indicating that 32% of nursing staff have been exposed to workplace bullying in the past(3)workplace bullying bullying (SD=1.57±3.072), Occupational fatigue leads to personal fatigue (SD = 2.490 ± 3.498), any willingness to stay in the current professional field (SD = 3.38 ± 1.066) is the highest(4), workplace bullying age is 49 years or older (p =.002) , master's degree or above (p =.001), controlled by Ling (p =.002), bullying time (p =.001) is higher than (5) occupational fatigue of comprehensive ward unit (p =.018), consciously poor health (p =.000),being bullied(p = .001) is more prone to fatigue (6) Any age is 49 years or older (p = .008), the number of children is 3 or more (p = .005), qualification is 28 years or older More (p = .010), consciously healthy (p = .021), highest desire (7) high positive correlation between workplace bullying and burnout (r =.451, p<.01); There was a negative correlation between workplace bullying and arbitrary willingness (r = - .175, p <0.05); burnout is negatively correlated with willingness (r=-.401, p <.01) (8)The main influencing factors of occupational fatigue are workplace bullying,willingness, unit attributes and awareness of health. 39.7%. It is recommended to include nursing students to develop education courses to enhance the awareness of workplace bullying and occupational fatigue; establish a task force within the medical system and establish relevant processes to respond to bullying and occupational fatigue. Increase the pre-employment training and on-the-job education of clinical nursing staff, and enhance the perception of bullying and fatigue in the workplace; future research can develop a special scale for nursing staff to detect the degree of workplace bullying, and to sub-regional and medical institution level further research.
