There fore, exploration of the causes of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with health institutions is of interest to the hospital. Understanding satisfaction and the factors associated with in-patient is a detailed criterion to determine the survival of the Hospital. Aims: Assessment of inpatients’ satisfaction, surveys bout the factors related to inpatient satisfaction in District 4 Hospital. Methods: This cross-sectional study. Data was collected in District 4 Hospital from December 2017 to April 2018. The correlation analysis shows that the independent variables had a linear relationship with the statistical significance of the dependent variable and satisfied the condition for the regression analysis. Multivariate regression analysis shows the suitability of the theoretical model with market information. In this, all five independent variables affect the dependent variable. The results also show that there is a statistically significant difference between the following groups: (1) Between age groups, to be specific, there is a difference between the age group under 50 and the group over 50, the group over 50 tend to be more satisfied. (2) Between the difference in education levels, the difference between the high-education group is "College - University, postgraduate" with the other groups, in this case, the "College - University, postgraduate" group is less satisfied. (3) Among the patients and family members, according to this, the family members tend to be more satisfied than patients. (4) Between smokers and non-smokers, in which the non-smokers are more satisfied. (5) Between play sports and no sports groups; groups who do not play sports are more satisfied. (6) Between surgery and non-surgery groups; the non-surgical group is more satisfied than the group with surgery and (7), There was a better satisfaction among people with health insurance card than the people without health insurance card.
