Description
Summary:碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 機械工程系精密機電工程碩士班 === 106 === 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process that can fabricate parts from a digital model to a three dimensional solid layer by layer. This technique requires properly designed parameters to create a concise object. In this study, process optimization for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is investigated. Parameters such as printing temperature, speed, density, and layer thickness are analyzed for optimization. Study shows that layer thickness dominates the printing quality; while others have various degrees of influences on the final results in both plane and surface geometry.
