Besides to the benefit which entrepreneur can make, according to statistic reports, only 50% of entrepreneurs can survive in the first three years, and the remains will dismiss in the following two to three years. Entrepreneur starts with an opportunity. A good opportunity could bring outstanding performance while a bad opportunity could bring failure. There has a lot of research shown opportunity recognition is the most important key for entrepreneurs. Since then, how to recognize good opportunities has become one of the important areas in entrepreneurs research. With the method of case study, this study selects 「Fandora」、「Eat Me」and 「friDay」as research targets. Base on the framework of effectuation theory, this study analyzes how entrepreneurs behave during the entrepreneurial process and also focus on the factories which have the most significant effect on opportunities recognition. The study finds out that entrepreneurial opportunities are not objective exist. By trying and testing again and again, accumulating different resources and interacting with the real world during the process, entrepreneurial opportunities could be developed. Besides, the level of diversity of entrepreneurs and industrial evolutions have the most significant effect on opportunities recognition.
