This paper focuses on the use of the Service Blueprint approach to simulate the integration of Electric bicycles and Internet of Things (E-bike & IoT) in different contexts and the potential chance for innovative applications in an entire service process. Through the construction of a smart transportation platform, the research aims to integrate the IoT for creating an innovative ecosystem and entrepreneurship opportunities of both personal and opening innovations. The results of the research summarize the main services and potential value categories of the combined IoT application on E-bike. It also outlines the Service Blueprint approach for the future of “Smart City” and hopes to lead the smart, healthy, low-carbon and sustainable cities by Internet of Things-based. 謝焸君 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 25 en_US
