After gathering relevant references, we consult experienced teachers with questionnaire, and conduct some pretests about the permutation and combination developed by researchers. In this study, we correct a set of valid data derived from the formal tests to analyze the types and causes of errors based on a set of effective samples. We give some conclusions and suggestions from the analyses.
