With the rapid pace of modern life and many deteriorating living habits directly affect human health. In today’s society with a tight pace of life, Health foods that can quickly and purposefully fulfil the nutrients needed have gradually become indispensable nutritional supplements in life. This study uses questionnaires and quantitative analysis from the perspective of lifestyle research.It is hoped to find out the impact of consumer lifestyle and purchase path on health food choices, and then accurately stratify customers so that operators can accurately develop effective marketing strategies. This study will use consumers of health food products as research subjects to explore The effects of Consumer’s Life style and Channels on the purchasing choice of Health Food.Through the questionnaire survey, a total of 347 valid questionnaires were collected. The analysis results are as follows: 1. Family priority people have a high chance to purchase bone health care foods through drugstores. 2. Opinion leaders have a high chance to purchase anti-fatigue health foods through mass merchandisers and drugstores. 3.
