Product price, sales, marketing, logistics, etc. are all important links. The labor cost of picking operations is quite large. For the purpose of reducing logistics costs, support services are born accordingly. The efficiency of its operation affects the output of the entire logistics center. Warehouse logistics is a very important task. Here, we discuss the decision-making problem of the picking area that the picker wants to visit, and propose a variety of different picking path planning methods, and the distribution ratio of the picking order and the number of picking people, etc. The results of the simulation software experiment are analyzed. Whether the different cargo path observations can effectively reduce the total picking time and what rules can effectively overcome the jamming of the picking area, in order to achieve the best performance.
