The purpose of this study is to select the new suppliers or to join the new supply chain system in the future by reviewing the selection criteria and priorities. There can be a direction as a standard basis for evaluation and judgment. This study first selects the supplier's selection indicators from the reference literature, and then sorts out the five major facets and ten criteria, and designs and fills out the expert questionnaire. The questionnaires were divided into five professionals engaged in procurement-related work. The questionnaire uses the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and the analytic network process (ANP) combined with DEMATEL-based Analytic Network Process (DANP) to analyze the results and consolidate the order relationship between the various facets and the guidelines to Judge the factors that companies should give top priority when selecting suppliers.
