碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 107 === In recent years, with the improvement of economic and scientific and technological level, people's demands for functions of leisure devices have been becoming more and more diverse. However, out camping, barbecue activities and enjoying fun outdoor activities acquire people to carry all kinds of utensils, and they are really a disturbing thing. The purpose of this study is to propose an improved backrest folding chair. First, a commodity survey was done to understand the functions of goods provided in the existing market. Secondly, a meeting of commodity comparison and patent analysis was conducted to find out the most popular products in the market. Next, patent functions and technical analysis was carried out to find out the quality of the representative goods should be improved, and technologies to be broken through. Then, TRIZ contradiction matrix and invention principles were used to put forward the innovative concept for improving functional qualities. Finally, The NX/UG, a CAD/CAM system, was used to perform the concrete design of the new backrest folding chair, so that it used the functions of folding, portability, and comfort and it also lessons the compression and lesion in the back.
