The improper use of energy causes environmental pollution and climate change. With the advent of the Internet Age and the Internet of Things, the application of energy and the environment will be linked, and the use of human activities and energy through the Internet of Things will effectively prevent the destruction of the ecological environment. In this study, the energy consumption of air-conditioning equipment (air conditioners, low-temperature differential blowers, etc.), indoor air quality (temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, and aerosol concentration) in a classroom of a science and technology university, application of Internet of things technology, and monitoring data 10 seconds to record a database. Establish an information recording platform for indoor air quality and air conditioning energy consumption. Through the six standard deviations of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) and Taguchi Method-Experiment, find out the reasons that may affect air quality and the energy consumption of air-conditioning equipment, and find the best solution for each reason. The quality of the indoor environment and the energy consumption of air-conditioning equipment will reach the balance we need to establish a healthy and comfortable indoor environment.
