Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 106 === Taiwan is currently facing a critical moment – the OEM industrial change of transmission gears, and the industrial technology loss has made quite an impact on Taiwan’s economic development. Taiwan's transmission gear industry is also affected by the international situation. Therefore, we must pay more attention to innovative development as well as production capacity and find out the key factors to enhance competitive advantages for the transmission gear industry, in order to help the transmission gear industry sustainably develop and boost the continuous growth of our domestic economy. In this study, the Resource-Based Theory (RBT) is adopted to form dimensions and question items for the key successful factors of transmission gears manufacturing technology. Next, the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM), the DEMATEL-based Analytic Network Process (DANP), and other methods are employed to carry out the weight analysis and the priority order of the key factors. After the index weights are analyzed by the weighting analysis of dimensional weight values, the priority order is listed as follows:“innovation of the process technology”,“advanced manufacturing equipment”,“product quality control”, “the manager’s decision-making”, and “business culture”. The final results of this thesis not only can be provided to the transmission gear manufacturing industry for reference when they attempt to advance their technology and quality but also can be seen as the goals of increasing industrial competitions to deal with the globalized competitions as well as sustainable development of business.
