The Construction and Planning Agency has finished to revise the clauses of building regulation and to execute in 2016 (the clauses of floor impact sound are going to be executed in 2019). The floor impact sound of new or expanding of row-house and multi-house that should be requested to conform the standard of impact sound insulation clause. We can ensure the insulation performance of floor impact sound of new dwelling by the new insulation clauses of building regulation but the existing dwellings should be requested to ensure the quality of sound environment in the future.
