Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系 === 106 === Conflicts between the “developments of roads” and “historical preservation” have been lasted in central Tainan for a long time. This thesis is intended to explore the problems faced by the rescission of the road after the plan: if the landlord rebuilds his house one after another, will the streets still be able to retain its historical characteristics? 3D simulation is used to compare the difference between the reconstruction of “historical streets” and “general streets”. At last, the results show that “general streets” can’t retain the original characteristics due to its lack of urban design control. “Historical streets” have better mastery of the original characteristics by urban design review and plan regulations. However, no matter whether the “general streets” or the “historical streets” have no control over the surface between buildings and streets, which is a subtle but crucial factor that affects the energy of streets.
