The problems faced by investment companies put forward the development direction and suggestions for Taiwan's venture capital industry.
The research case will be selected and evaluated, and then subdivided into several stages: program acquisition, program screening, program evaluation, program agreement, and exit. For the stage of agreement, counseling and management, it is a confidential stage of the case company, based on the principle of data confidentiality, and will not be discussed.
The research results point out that the venture capital industry is a highly specialized and globalized industry. In addition to high-quality investment projects, professional teams, strong funds, and outstanding venture capital talents are all indispensable for venture capital success. Key factor. This study provides two conclusions for the evaluation of the selection criteria and the difficulties faced by the creation industry.
