Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 競技與教練科學研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on blood gas exchange and anaerobic threshold while applying cooling to one day high intensity exercise. Methods: 8 students majored in physical education related departments (Age 24.6±3.1 year-old; Height 168.9±5.9 cm; Weight 69.4±8.7 kg) participated in this study. The experiment lasted for three days, and the ergometer was used. The first day and third day were both lactate threshold (T1, T2), and the result of the first day was used to decide the intensity of single high intensity exercise in the second day. The single high intensity exercise was divided into a continuous exercise (Tr1: 1x10 min) and an intermittent exercise (Tr2: 4x90 s), both of which were separated by 13 min. The cooling was set to -120°C for 120 s each time. Twice were one set and a three minutes rest in between. A set of cooling were applied after T1, T2 and pre, inter, after the single high intensity exercise. The heart rate, lactate, blood gas and body surface temperature were measured. Result: Cooling was helpful for exchanging blood gas and removing lactate during exercising, especially applied on intermittent exercise. The single high intensity exercise could reduce heart rate and improve anaerobic threshold. Conclusion: Anaerobic threshold could be improved by single high intensity exercise, but cooling was needed to keep the quality of training and accelerate recovery.
