The 42 participants were firefighters from New Taipei City Fire Department who were divided into three groups: none exercise training, weight training, and running exercise. All participants underwent the analysis of ASI and HRV with three different modes of position and respiratory rhythms: supine position with normal breathing, supine position with deep breathing, and standing with normal breathing by using ANOVA with significance of 0.05. The results revealed that the average of ASI and systolic blood pressure from weight training group was significantly higher than running group. The average rest heart rate of none exercise training was significantly higher than weight training and running training group. Furthermore, when supine position with normal breathing, the standard deviation of normal to normal (SDNN) of weight training group was significantly higher than none exercise training group which means that the autonomic nervous activity in weight training group was more health than none exercise training group. The SDNN of running exercise group was higher than none exercise training group. In the frequency domain analysis (p=.056), the total power (TP) in weight training group was significantly higher than none exercise training group. When supine position with deep breathing, there was no significant differences in SDNN and TP within 3 groups. When standing with normal breathing, the SDNN and TP in weight training and running exercise groups were both higher than none exercise training group. There was no significant difference between groups in 3 different modes in Low Frequency (LF) and High Frequency (HF) ratio (L/H). In conclusion, the weight training group had higher ASI; the SDNN and TP of heavy weight training with supine and standing position and normal breathing were higher than none exercise training group. The SDNN and TP were higher in running exercise with standing position and normal breathing than it in none exercise training group. Chen Chiao-Nan Chien Kuei-Yu 陳喬男 錢桂玉 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 44 zh-TW
