Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 土木工程系所 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to explore the risk of cooperation when using BIM between general contractor and architect. In this research, we identified five risk facets and fifteen risk factors by literature review and expert interview. Also, the AHP method, and three kinds of analysis model, including“all participant”, “different parties of AEC industry”and“BIM project execution experience”were used to assess the key risk. The results of the analysis show that the “specification definition” is the key risk facet and the cumulative weights of 70% is used as the criteria for screening key risk factors, and eight key risk factors are selected. “Different requirements of information for BIM models” is the primary key risk factor. The other order is “lack of guideline of building BIM model”, “lack of guideline of risk responsibility”, “lack of guideline of BIM file management”, “increased collaborative labor costs”, “insufficient BIM collaboration ability of G/C and Architect”, “lack of standard process of BIM collaboration”, and “no consensus on process of building BIM model”. For the eight key risk factors, this research provides several recommendations as the risk disposal.
