This thesis is focused on the simple design and fabrication of liquid crystal lens to achieve the largest beam deflec-tion angle. The printed thin PEDOT:PSS line by aerosol jet printing system was ap-plied as a voltage control line on the electrodes. The continuously decay of gradient voltage was found in PEDOT:PSS line when voltage applied. As a result, the yielding gradient of the refractive index distribution was obtained. The direction and deflection angle of the output light were followed the applied voltage. In short, the 150 m PEDOT:PSS line with the resistivity ~5.55 ×10-3 Ω˙m had the best voltage distribution. The modulation voltage was 5 V, 1 kHz for the 28 m cell. The deflection angle can achieve 3.6˚, 8.0˚, and 11.6˚ at the wavelength of 633, 532, and 405 nm, respectively.
