The category and application of science and technology industry related to semiconductor process equipment is quite extensive and various. Therefore, with the related process of evolution, Taiwan is the target market in the eyes’ of worldwide semiconductor equipment manufacturers. The most business model for those foreign equipment manufacturers while they entered into Taiwan market was to cooperate with the localization of the representatives. Such local representatives were the major bridges and role for those foreign equipment manufacturers and customers in Taiwan.Not only they have to seize market share for those equipment manufacturers, but also they have to provide in time local service and support to manufactures and customers. This study is based on Sustainable competitive advantage, SWOT analysis to investigate a case of C company who is the representative with 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, and to comprehensive the success factors about the business strategy.
