Using our knowledge, Time Reversal and Electromagnetic, on the medical instrument can improve the resolution to breach the bottleneck of non-detectable targets. Considering this question in the other aspect, the high resolution beyond the diffraction limit needs the object information which was carried by propagating waves but we have to convert the evanescent waves which were only detectable in the near field into the propagating waves. For this reason, applying the dipole antenna theorem can transmit the propagating waves through the evanescent waves produced from our source waves. Therefore, MIMO multiple signals and adjustable multilayers dielectric lens can produce many multipath signals with time reversal signal processing to achieve the high resolution analysis.
