As for banking industry, a trend of closing branches and downsizing can be seen all around the world. Furthermore, the business of payments have been taken up by many e-commerce firms. The advantage of exclusivity and oligopoly is gradually diminishing. The features of payment business are high volume and low profit rate. Although it is not a star department for banks, it is highly related to the everyday life of consumers, and is directly influenced by the shock of Fintech. Moreover, the threshold of entry is relatively low. As a consequence, there are a lot of payment-related applications and tools booming in the market. The theme of this research is regarding the innovative application of Fintech, collecting various cases of innovation. Trying to find the rule of the market, to apply the result to payment industry in Taiwan as a reference about designing the product and executing marketing events.
