Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 管理學院資訊管理學程 === 106 === With the popularization of mobile devices and the development trend of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Industry 4.0, together with the continuous update of wireless network technologies, wireless networks are gradually being adopted by enterprises to construct Local Networks Area (LAN). Usually, the most commonly way is to find a system integration vendor to introduce wireless network related products, and make budgets based on the items purchased by other companies, and implement the solutions packaged by the vendor. However, it is often found that some functions are limited or cannot meet the needs of the company's environment and increase the cost of business operations. This study utilizes PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) cycle of quality management process to designs a planning procedure for Enterprise Wireless LAN System according to the Innovation-Decision Process Five Stages Model and referencing to the Information Technology (IT) implementation Model. From the M company's case study , the research result show that after the implementation of the enterprise wireless LAN network system according to this process, the company has positive benefits for the management, technical and personnel aspects of the company, after the system is online, can shorten the working hours of factory personnel and increase the operating rate of the machine by 0.42%. This procedure also makes a reference to other enterprises for planning to implement a wireless LAN system.
