While enterprises are trying to optimize and improve its competitiveness, it will be meaningless if there is no effective strategies or solutions being applied in the process. Therefore, by applying PDCA Cycle and DOE Experiential Design Method, the process would be more organized and the production resilience and flexibility will be elevated. This research is emphasizing on the application of above-mentioned methods and further discussing on how to improve productivity in organization while discovering risk and preventing losing of costs as to enhance the competitive of enterprises. The concepts of PDCA Cycle and DOE Experiential Design Method is different as PDCA Cycle focuses on problem-finding, confirmation, continuous improvement and execution et cetera. While DOE Experiential Design Method, on the other hand, focuses on discovering actual causes of the problem and improve productivity from foundation. The objectives of the research are to combine these two theories and apply them in actual framework of production line. To be precise, PDCA Cycle is the basic main frame in discovering flaws in production and providing solutions and standardization as followed. A case study is implemented in this research as to show examples on application tool, ways of improvement and to display contributions to the entire organization when those two theories are applied.
