Precision, accuracy and cost-benefit analysis were conducted to fully understand the potential of such technology in improving environmental auditing. Laboratory solvents are used for testing basic functions of quick screening equipments. Analysis of experiments conducted in this study shows the features, advantages and disadvantages of handheld Raman and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer. The better results obtained of quick screening is Raman followed by Fourier. The initial quick screening of 4 waste treatment plants show that the first three facilities received no tampered wastes, and the probability of occurrence of interference was low. Hence, is more suitable for the introduction of the screening technology in this study. On the other hand, the waste solvent composition received by the last factory was more complicated and the appearance color was often dark. Thus, tampering of the waste was suspected. This makes it less suitable to use the screening technology of this study. The results of two illegal dumping sites test analysis showed that, in the absence of interference, the quick screening apparatus was useful in testing most of the wastes. The qualitative properties of the dumping site samples were satisfactory. The target components of the samples can be detected, and the evaluation results illustrate that the proposed technology can indeed reduce the number of samples, effectively reducing the back-end laboratory analysis time and costs. The handheld Raman and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer can be used to improve the effectiveness of environmental audits. 李俊福 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 157 zh-TW
