In order to receive the data of satellite, ground station is required. In the past year, fixed ground stations were used, but with the occasional impact of natural disasters. It was improved to mobile ground stations. Therefore, this dissertation develops an mobile ground station to install the device on the roof of car or the fixed surface. Users can choose to receive open satellites through the computer. The content will introduce the electromagnetic wave, coordinate system, Keplerian element and the methods of orbit prediction. It also explain the self-developed mechanism design, the circuit of module, 433MHz RF Transmitter and cross-shaped yagi antenna.
