Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 106 === The study aimed to investigate the differences of teaching problems and the corresponding coping strategies for regular class teacher under different individual background toward students with physical and mental disabilities in technical senior high school. The method to carry out this study was using a questionnaire survey. The population was regular class teachers in national technical senior high school in Yun-Chia-Nan area. A questionnaire survey was conducted through stratified random sampling.400 questionnaires were distributed, and 327 valid questionnaires were retrieved with a valid return rate of 81.8%. The data collected was analyzed using the statistical methods including descriptive statistics, independent-samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Scheffé's posteriori comparisons. According to purposes of the study, the findings were as follows: 1. The highest degree of feeling of teaching problems of regular class teachers toward students with physical and mental disabilities in technical senior high school was “curriculum and instruction”. 2. The most positive of coping strategies of regular class teachers toward students with physical and mental disabilities in technical senior high school was “class management”. 3. Regular class teachers in technical senior high school who was in Tainan City, being homeroom teacher, teaching professional and practice subjects or teaching students with emotional behavioral disorders feels higher degree in teaching problems toward students with physical and mental disabilities. 4. Regular class teachers in technical senior high school who was in Chiayi City and Chiayi County, with special educational background, or teaching students with emotional behavioral disorders is more positive to coping strategies toward students with physical and mental disabilities. 5. There were no significant correlations between the teaching problems and the corresponding coping strategies for regular class teachers toward students with physical and mental disabilities in technical senior high school.
