| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 106 === This research aims at finding out the indicators of R&D (Research & Development) personnel’s competence in forging equipment manufacturing field, analyzing the insight regarding competency of R&D personnel, and configuring the indicators of R&D personnel’s competency. Suggestions are provided based on this research findings to higher management and R&D department as a reference to training and hiring R&D personnel. To achieve the above goals, this research is conducted through literature review and 3 rounds of Delphi survey so as to find out the R&D personnel’s capabilities that match demands for the field of manufacturing forging equipment. The acquired data are processed through descriptive statistical analysis and nonparametric Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S) One Sample Test to examine the consistency, in order to scrutinize whether the advisability and opinion on the indicators suggested by Delphi’s experts are consistent. Findings of this research are as below:
Complete the configuration of R&D personnel’s competence indicators in field of forging equipment manufacturing, containing:
(1) 4 dimensions of R&D personnel’s competence indicators in field of forging equipment manufacturing.
(2) 7 items of R&D personnel’s competence indicators in field of forging equipment manufacturing.
(3) 17 insight details of R&D personnel’s competence indicators in field of forging equipment manufacturing.
The essential insights of R&D personnel’s competence indicators in field of forging equipment manufacturing, containing:
(1) 4 dimensions of essential indicators
(2) 7 items of essential indicators
(3) 15 insight details of the items of essential indicators
Lastly, suggestions are provided based on the research findings, to be used as reference of R&D personnel’s competence indicators in field of forging equipment manufacturing and further research.
