This study will explore the impact of cross-cultural teams on innovation. The research focuses on internationally renowned brand tire factories in Taiwan's traditional industries. R&D R&D teams and technical service teams in various regions of the world discuss the operation of cross-cultural team management. Innovative situation. Through interviews with members of various cultural teams, it is learned that members with less qualifications or junior qualifications need more local senior staff or team leaders to provide assistance. However, the cross-cultural knowledge of multinational team qualifications and highly qualified team members will be higher. The most effective way for team members to learn more cross-cultural management and knowledge is to have a practical experience at work.
