Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 特殊教育學系 === 106 === The purposes of this study were to investigate the present situation of acceptance attitudes for school administrators toward students with disabilities and the differences in acceptance attitudes toward students with disabilities in different backgrounds in junior high schools. This research uses questionnaire methodology, the subject of study was school administrators in junior high schools in the central area of Taiwan. The 296 valid questionnaires. The data was processed and analyed by adopting descriptive statistical analysis, t- test. one-way ANOVA, and Scheffé method. Following conclusions were drawn out from the results of the study: 1.The school administrators tend to be positive towards the acceptance attitude of students with disabilities. 2.The school administrators with special education teacher's certificate and special education department tend to be positive acceptance attitude in the following items: (1) Students with disabilities could serve as cadres or teachers in the class.(2) It was necessary to provide a learning environment with least restrictive environment for students with disabilities.(3) I would pay attention to the advantages ability of students with disabilities.(4) I would try my best to improve my colleagues' understanding of students with disabilities.
