A questionnaire survey was conducted using the National Elementary Education Teachers in the north of central Taiwan as a research sample. Effective questionnaires were 1078, and the effective recovery rate was 99.9% of the questionnaires were analyzed by descriptive statistics, multivariate analysis of variance, multivariate correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are summarised as follows: (1) The current state of the basic psychological needs of special education teachers is medium level; (2) The current status of special and deep-teacher teachers' perceptions of deep and shallow performance is medium to high; (3) The current status of special education teachers' job involvement is medium level; (4) Special teachers have significant differences in basic psychological needs due to gender, age, length of service, professional background, and job position; (5) Special education teachers due to age, service years, service classes The differences in the positions and performances of different levels have resulted in significant differences. (6) Special education teachers have significant differences in their work commitment due to differences in age, length of service, professional background, service type and position. (7) Special education teachers The basic psychological needs and deep and shallow performances can predict the overall work commitment of special education teachers. Based on the above research results, suggestions were made for the reference of school administrative units, special education teachers, and future researchers.
