Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 教育研究所 === 106 === The purpose of this study was to discuess what the teachers thought about the importance and satisfication of School Actualization Program. Survey method was used in this research. There were 401 senior high school teachers participated in SAP selected from Taichung, Changhua, and Nantou County. The data gathered from the valid samples were analyzed with Descriptive Statistics, Independent Sample T-Test, One-way ANOVA, and Importance-performance Analysis. The main findings of this study were summarized as follows :
First, significant differences of importance and satisfication of SAP were found on the variable of school system. Six-year high schools had some parts of higher importance and satisfication of SAP than comprehensive high school and senior high school. Second, significant differences of importance and satisfication of SAP were found on the variable of teachers in private schools. Third, significant differences of importance and satisfication of SAP were found on the variable of teacher in Taichung than Changhua and Nantou County. Fourth, no significant difference of SAP importance were found on the variable of gender. But, female teachers had partial variable significant SAP satisfication were found on the variable of gender. Fifth, partial significant differences of importance and satisfication of SAP were found on the variable of teacher in different position. The school administration teachers had higher importance and satisfication of SAP than the general qualified teacher and the substitute teachers. Sixth, partial significant differences of importance and satisfication of SAP were found on the variable of program implement. The teachers participated in SAP had higher importantance and satisification of SAP. Seventh, partial significant differences of importance and satisfication of SAP were found on the variable of teachers’ seniority of implementing SAP.
The suggestions of the findings were made for relevant education institutions, the senior high school administration of participating in SAP, and future researchers.
