With the improvement of education and living standards and the need for the public to maintain daily health, Gradually changing over sixty years to protect people's health, the traditional mode of urban and rural pharmacy transformation into a chain business model. At present, the World Health Organization and advanced countries such as the United States, Britain, and Japan have listed self-medication as an important health policy. By promoting responsible self-medication, people are encouraged to choose their own safety when mild symptoms occur. High-level OTC (over-the-counter Drugs) 2 is an important part of self-care. Methods: This study uses consumer questionnaires and browses the establishment of chain drugstores and drug makeup websites. Results: 148 respondents, 58% of women, 42% of men, and 80% of age group under 50 years old. Except for the remote areas of Huadong, the urban-rural distribution of respondents from the questionnaires is less than 1%, corresponding to the regional distribution of the chain of drugstores in this study. Nearly 50% of respondents will ask pharmacists to instruct them to purchase medicines. 55% of respondents indicated that they would purchase approved Class B medicines, health foods or medical equipment on the Internet. Conclusions and Prosperity: The rise of the Internet brings convenience to life, On-line sales of Class B medicines and dietary supplements are opening up a niche for potential health care. The traditional pharmacy (brick and mortar) in the transformation gradually established online pharmacy and health information. First-line pharmacy people still stick to the community pharmacy, provide pharmacy consultation. With reference to the advanced national drug grading management situation and the regulation of dietary supplement foods, the two-way channel between the two networks and the first-line pharmacy is established, bringing more choices for self-medication for the purpose of this study.
