碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 106 === Dementia is a common senile disease that not only affects the patient's daily life ability, but also poses a major challenge to family members and society. Because dementia can't be cured, it can only slow down the rate of deterioration through drug and non-drug treatment. Reminiscence therapy is the most common non-drug treatment in dementia care practice. In order to more flexibly implement reminiscence therapy and make the dementia more autonomic in the process, this study designed and developed a digital reminiscence System with Taiwan's representative nostalgic things. Take "my story, store with you" as meaning, and "Restor" as the name of the research system. The design and development of Restor is based on the visits of Changhua care institutions and the result of Taiwan's representative nostalgic questionnaires. Restor is a webpage, and the built-in material of the system is nostalgic things in the Changhua. This study used group reminiscence therapy methods to guide light and moderate dementia to create their own stories. Finally, this study used SPSS to conduct statistical analysis of the usability questionnaire. The study found that the past memories of different age groups have their own unique and obvious division. Classified digitalized nostalgic materials can be managed through the database, and can be given different choices by different users. With voice and picture recording, the reminiscence therapy process can be recorded more completely.
