The research method was based on the reversal and withdrawal test design (A-B-A-B) of the “Single-case research”. By means of analyze the data to understand the effectiveness of the upper limb training of stroke patients by using Arduino in combination with perforated board. In this study, 4 stroke patients are selected to get on the experiment. In the experiment, “technology perforated board” was used to intervene in upper limb movement training, and the training results of the time of the completed “technology perforated board” were observed and recorded in the “Exercise Training Observation Record Table”. The insertion hole was set by the therapist according to the rehabilitation situation of the intervention target. The “technology perforated board” will illuminate the LED light and buzzer in sequence to enhance the motivation and training effectiveness. During the experiment, the following data were collected, which include the baseline period(A1), the first intervention period(B1), the second baseline period(A2) and the second intervention period(B2). The research shows Arduino in combination with perforated board to improve the treatment of upper extremities in stroke patients has immediate effectiveness.
