After the Cable is towed to the outside of the equipment safety fence, do the measurement again. Although it is convenient but limited to high temperature environment and narrow space. Measuring instruments often require different operating temperatures and spaces. This is a disadvantage. Laser reflection measurement vibration analysis in this study . Use the mobile phone APP software to set the output frequency and volume. 1. Whether the vibration frequency of the horn matches the output frequency of the software of the mobile phone APP. 2. The relationship between the horn amplitude and the output volume. 3. The laser light measures different angle differences. Analysis of experimental results, novel laser measurement technology in the frequency measurement error is zero. Different angle measurements are also available from 0 to 45 degrees.Better than traditional contact measurement. This study is very suitable for use in high temperature or limited space environments. Can effectively improve the measurement and save equipment expenses.
