It is aimed at understanding the needs and expectation of the parents selecting preschool, parents’ predicament and coping strategies in the involved process, and the difference of the prespectives about inclusive education. This study adopted qualitative research method, by means of purposive sampling, gathering four the parents with normal children and the parents of children with special needs and analyzed data by individual depth interviewing. The author presented the conclusions were as follows: 1.Regardless of the parents with normal children and the parents of children with special needs, they chose preschool based on reality considerations, but not took inclusive education into consideration. 2.Chidrens’ learing and adapatation problems are the main predicament of the parents on inclusive education in preschool, the parents cope the problems with proactive attitude. Teachers treat children diligently and coordinate with parents, and preschools provide supports, will improve children’s learing and adapatation problems and solve parents’ predicament. 3.Regardless of the parents with normal children and the parents of children with special needs, their knowledge of inclusive education were universally deficient and impassible at initial stage of the parents involved children’s studied in inclusive education preschool. 4.After the experience of the parents involved children’s studied in inclusive education preschool, the parents with normal children think the children with special needs are the same as the normal children. The parents on inclusive education in preschool affirm the concept and the effect of inclusive education, but they consider it should have restrictions to implement inclusive education, they think students with moderate and severe disability are not suitable for studying in general schools and the inclusive classes.
