The results are able to provide as the basic information for the farmer’s cultivation. The first field trial was conducted from July 31th, to September 11th, 2016, and no Asian corn borer infestation was found, except 3.33% rodent damage. The second field trial was conducted from October 30th to December 4 th, 2016, the infestation rates were 0.95、1.43、1.43、1.90%, two weeks after transplanting. The low infestation rates might due to the winter cold season. The third field trial was conducted from April 4th to May 14th, 2017, the infestation rates were 39.52, 75.71 and 96.66%. When the larvae fed on corn leaves, no adult emerged when reared at 20, 25, and 30oC. The survival rates of first to fifth instar were followed by 28.9, 13.3, 10.8, 9.6, and 1.2% at 20oC; the survival rates were followed by 64.4, 33.9, 30.5, 28.8, and 28.2% at 25oC; the survival rates were followed by 89.2, 82.9, 74.8, 65.8, and 10.8% at 30oC. The duration of first to fifth instar were 4.8±1.7,5.2±3.4,5.5±1.5,8.3±2.9, and 19.3±13.3 days at 20oC; 4.0±1.2,4.5±2.7,6.0±2.6,5.8±2.8, and 9.0±3.5 days at 25oC; 3.7±1.2,3.6±1.2,4.7±1.8,6.2±2.5, and 6.1±3.3 days at 30oC. When the larvae fed on corn kernel, the survival rates of egg, first to fifth larval instar were followed by 100,100, 94.90, 93.88, 86.73, and 59.18% with 54.08% pupation rate at 25oC. The duration of egg stage, first to fifth larval instar were 5, 2.5±1.3, 4.0±1.4, 2.3±1.2, 5.0± 2.8, and 9.3±4.5days, with pupal stage 8.3±2.0 days. The adult longevity was 8.6±2.4 days. When the 1st and 2nd instar larvae fed on corn leaves, and then changed to corn ear, the survival rates of first to fifth instar were followed by 100, 99.16, 89.16, 80.83, and 75.83% with pupation rate of 72.5% at 20oC. The survival rates of first to fifth instar were followed by 100, 100, 97.5, 93.33, and 90.0% with pupation rate of 75.0% at 25oC. The survival rates of first to fifth instar were followed by 100, 92.45, 86.79, 84.90, and 83.96% with pupation rate of 72.65% at 30oC. The duration of first to fifth instar larvae were 4.3±0.8,5.1±1.9,10.7±2.5,6.4±4.2 and 8.1±6.0 days; pupal stage was 13.8±1.2 d with adult longevity of 16.9±6.7 d (1-39 d) at 20oC. The duration of first to fifth instar larvae were 1.7±0.5, 4.2±1.7,6.4±2.9,5.5±2.6 and 6.7±3.8 days; pupal stage was 8.0±0.8 d with adult longevity of 11.7±4.3 d (1-22 d) at 25oC. The duration of first to fifth instar larvae were 3.2±0.5,2.7±0.7,3.1±1.0,3.7±1.2 and 6.9±2.5 days; pupal stage was 6.3±0.6 d with adult longevity of 8.0±5.2 d (1-18 d) at 30℃. The fecundity at 20, 25 and 30℃ were followed by 343.92±212.2 (0 - 214), 11.66±314.2 (0 - 444) and 67.07±167.9 (0 - 362) eggs/female with the highest at 25℃ and the lowest at 30℃. The intrinsic rate of increase (r) at 20, 25 and 30℃ were followed by 0.0757, 0.1169, 0.0901/d; the finite rate of increase (l) was 1.0786, 1.124 and 1.0943/d; the net reproductive rate (Ro) were followed by 106.04, 140.65 and 27.21 eggs/female; the mean generation time (T) was 61.62, 42.32 and 36.67/d.
