碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 輔導與諮商學系研究所 === 106 === Abstract This research aims to discuss variations of attachment to parents, self-concept, and heterosexual relationship among adolescents in Tainan City. The subjects were 10th-to-12th-grade students in high schools and vocational schools. Via the method of stratified random sampling, the number of samples was 1367. The scales of “attachment to parent”, “self-concept”, and “the attitude toward heterosexual relationships” were applied. Accordingly, descriptive statistics, one-sample T test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and multiple stepwise regreesion were used as the methods of analysis. The major findings of this research were listed below: 1.On the whole, the attachment to parents and self-concept of the subjects were almost good, and the attitude toward heterosexual relationships was mostly positive. 2.Regarding the attachment to parents, self-concept, and the attitude toward heterosexual relationships, the subjects of different background variables showed slightly different results. 3.Attachment styles with self-concept, attachment styles with heterosexual relationships, and self-concept with heterosexual relationships were significantly correlated. 4.Attachment styles with self-concept, attachment styles with heterosexual relationships, and self-concept with heterosexual relationships have high predictive power.
