The use of Basic information sheet, Physical activity survey short version, SF-12, and MSF-12 structured questionnaire interviews with 421 inmates, the questionnaire has good reliability and validity test. The blood test examined whether 395 inmates were positive for the hepatitis C virus antibody (HCV Ab). After the data integration between the two, the final sample number of complete data was 393. Data were statistically analyzed using descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U test, and Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of the study are as follows: From the study, it is found that the quality of life of SF-12 in different physical activity is physiologically different, while MSF-12 is the difference of psychological orientation, and the higher the physical activity, the higher the quality of life. The score of SF-12 is generally lower than that of MSF-12, indicating that the prison is indeed different from the outside world. This study suggests that the inmate should maintain an enough physical activity to improve the quality of life. Those who are positive for HCV Ab need further examination of HCV RNA. If they do infect hepatitis C, they should be actively treated. Hung-Yu Pan 潘宏裕 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 52 zh-TW
