Furthermore, the author has also been able to acquire huge breakthrough from such re-departure. The author chose the idea of woods at night as the theme and landscape without people in it as the main feature of her artistic creation for this thesis. By employing various changes of angles and distances for image constructions, the author tried in the course of creating to reproduce that sense of belonging, which she was familiar with in the dark, and further help herself to clarify her own feeling, to explore the inner world, and to tidy up those numerous and confused emotions. This thesis contains four chapters. The first chapter probes into the background of the author, the motivation and purpose of the artistic creation inspired by her background, and the relevance accordingly. The second chapter focuses on the forms of aesthetics, i.e. to analyze firstly the three artists creating impacts upon the author and secondly her inspiration from the medium in the course of experiments. The third chapter illustrates how the author used the camera angles to bring the special features of blanks and colors to a higher level and the process of applying it to her actual artwork. The fourth chapter gives introduction and analysis to the author’s artwork, i.e. departing from a sensible angle to narrate her feeling and arriving at the conclusion with three statements for future development and improvement.
