The research aims are to: 1. Understand the current status and problems of school nursing staff; 2. Summarize the current difficulties of school nursing staff working in the workplace. Why is there a feasible improvement strategy? 3. Analyze the relatively feasible improvement strategies for the urgent dilemmas of the workplace care workers in schools. The researcher consisted of 20 rounds of workshops consisting of nurses from National Primary School School in Hualien County. The research process of the workshop adopts literature analysis, hierarchical analysis methods and interview questionnaires to conduct multiple rounds of interaction, analyzes and sorts out quantitative data and qualitative feedback, and finally presents the analysis results to the workshop members for reconfirmation. The following conclusions were drawn from this study: 1. In the eight difficult situations in which school nursing services are promoted, “Excessively carrying out non-essential business” is a work dilemma that the workshop members are most concerned about and urgently need to solve; 2. The school nursing business promotes practicable improvement of dilemma. In the strategy, the "Revision of School Health Work Regulations and Clearly Defined Work Contents" is the improvement strategy that workshop members consider should be given priority. 3. Through expert selection software analysis, the school nursing staff can work to solve the workplace dilemma and find the most suitable solution. Possible strategies for a dilemma; 4. School nursing staff with different school sizes, education levels, and administrative backgrounds are more divergent about the need to overcome work dilemmas; 5. School nursing staff with different school size backgrounds, the dilemma of adopting the improvement strategy of the dilemma is more divergent; 6. E-mail and voice access can be used to interpret and confirm the course and content of the analysis to obtain the consensus of the workshop members on the analysis process and output; 7. The course of development can be used as nursing care staff in other counties and cities in the face of promoting nursing When business difficulties, seek to improve the plight of a viable strategy of reference.
